Send me a written PNW figure

One signed Honey Do quote on paper — no hourly clock, no curbside fees — and the form takes roughly a minute to fill.

Whatever lands in this form stays inside the Honey Do office for one purpose: pricing your cross-Columbia move. Not resold, not handed to a marketing list, not blasted with junk emails.

I grew up on the WA side of the Columbia, and I built this company for the way folks here actually move

I’m Garrett Bramwell, and I started Honey Do Movers right here in Vancouver, WA back in 2013. I was born and raised on the Washington State side of the Columbia River — Hudson’s Bay High, summers at Salmon Creek, weekends watching freighters slide past Fort Vancouver. Before I owned a single truck, I spent the better part of a decade running warehouse and freight-logistics around the Port of Vancouver and the Columbia industrial corridor — load planning, OS&D paperwork, drayage schedules across the I-5 and I-205 bridges.

That cargo background is why the company runs the way it does. In freight, you do not guess; you weigh it, you measure it, you write the rate on the BOL before the wheels turn. So when I started doing household moves on the side for friends in Felida and Camas, I made one rule and never broke it: the customer sees a flat price in writing before a single blanket comes off the truck. No hourly creep, no surprise stair fee, no "sorry the truck was bigger than we thought."

Why "Honey Do"

My wife is the one who named the company. A honey-do list is what one spouse hands the other — "honey, can you do the gutters, honey, can you find good movers before the closing date." We are the crew that takes the "find good movers" line off that list and handles it cleanly the first time.

Licensed on both sides of the Columbia — and that matters in this metro

Half the work we do is a cross-state move between Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR — first-time buyers heading to Camas, retirees chasing the WA no-income-tax line from Lake Oswego up to Salmon Creek, Intel and Nike folks moving from Hillsboro east into Ridgefield. Two states, two regulators, two sets of paperwork. We carry a Washington UTC household-goods moving permit, an Oregon DOT HHG license, and US DOT and MC authority for interstate work — we are properly licensed on both sides of the river, which is not something every truck you see on I-205 can actually say.

Our trucks, our crew, our name on the door

Honey Do owns its trucks, and every mover on the job is a W-2, background-checked, uniformed Honey Do employee — no day labor, no broker handoffs. Our office manager Karina Voskanyan handles scheduling, both-state COIs, and billing. Our dispatcher Aaron Dahlgren runs the daily truck board. On the trucks you will meet crew chiefs Riley Gunderson (piano and specialty), Conor Wakefield (long-haul lead), and Diego Espinoza (steep Camas and West Linn driveways). Same crew loads in Vancouver, WA, and unloads in Bend, OR, or wherever you are going. See what we move, where we cover, or get a flat-rate quote in writing.

How it works

Booking a PNW move with the Honey Do crew, step by step

1

Shoot us the basics on the form

Two ZIPs (origin plus destination), the rough date you want, and the size of the place — sixty seconds, no obligation, nothing to pay just for the quote.

2

Open the binding written quote

A signed PNW figure arrives in your inbox — that is the price, full stop, no taxi-meter ticking on the crew once the driveway gets worked.

3

The Honey Do truck pulls in

Badged W-2 movers on an in-house Honey Do truck show up on the booked window, and the same faces stay with the job from the opening blanket-wrap to the final box set in place.

Move Coming Up? Hand It To Our Vancouver, WA Crew.

You will see a signed binding figure drop into your inbox quickly — weekdays it usually beats the clock by a healthy margin. Nothing surprises you at the curb on move day, no buried add-ons in the fine print.
