What we move across the Portland-Vancouver metro
After thirteen years on both sides of the Columbia, we have settled on eight services we run well — instead of a long menu we sort of cover. Every one of them is priced as a flat rate in writing, performed by our own W-2 crew on our own trucks, and covered under our Washington UTC permit, Oregon DOT HHG license, and US DOT and MC authority.
The eight services
- Local moving — house-to-house and apartment-to-house moves anywhere across the Portland-Vancouver metro, two movers at $145/hr basis or three at $195/hr basis, locked as a flat rate before we load.
- Long-distance moves — we drive ourselves out the I-5 and I-84 corridors to Seattle, Spokane, Boise, the Bay Area, LA, Denver, Phoenix, and beyond. Same crew both ends.
- Residential whole-home — for the Vancouver, WA mid-century ranch, the Portland Craftsman with the basement, the Camas hillside view home, the Lake Oswego estate.
- Apartment, condo & Pearl District loft — elevator buildings, freight reservations, COIs for property managers, downtown loading-zone permits.
- Full-service packing — we bring the boxes, paper, mattress bags, wardrobe cartons, dish-pack and TV crates and label by destination room.
- Piano, safe & specialty — uprights, baby grands, gun safes, hot tubs, steep wooded driveways, basement access.
- Short-term storage — clean dry palletized vault storage for closing-date gaps.
- Commercial & office — Beaverton/Hillsboro tech-corridor offices, downtown Vancouver, WA professional buildings, retail relocations.
